For appointments, call 440-951-4800. To ensure that you receive the maximum benefits of your service, please arrive early. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled salon appointment. For our spa clients, arrive 30 minutes early and enjoy a relaxing, complimentary eucalyptus steam shower. Comfortable robes and slippers are provided.

Parties or group (3 or more) reservations must be made two weeks in advance. We request a 50% deposit fee and a credit card hold to reserve services in both our salon and spa. Please read our policy below on group cancellations.

For your convenience,a 15% gratuity will be added to your bill.

Advance notice in cancelling a service is always appreciated. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance when cancelling a salon service and 48 hours in advance for spa services, as our staff is scheduled according to demand. Group cancellations of 3 or more may be rescheduled to avoid being charged the 50% deposit fee.

Gift cards make a perfect gift for any special occasion. Francesco's gift cards are available in any denomination and are good for up to one year past the point of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be traded in for cash value.
